As a Commercial and Civil Litigation associate, Raha is committed to delivering practical solutions tailored to meet her clients’ unique objectives. Her practice includes bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, debtor/creditor disputes, and security enforcement. Before joining SZK, Raha summered and articled at a boutique commercial and construction litigation firm, where she assisted clients with mortgage enforcement and other complex litigation matters.
Raha earned her J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. During law school, she gained early litigation experience as a caseworker with Queen’s Legal Aid clinic, representing clients in civil and criminal matters, landlord-tenant disputes, and human rights claims. She served as President of the Queen’s Real Estate Law Association and contributed to legal scholarship as an editor of the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration.
Outside of the office, Raha enjoys traveling, discovering new spots around the city, and staying active.
