Daniel is a licensed paralegal and practices with the Firm in the area of debtor-creditor litigation before the Small Claims Court.
Daniel works closely with the Firm’s lawyers on various motions, trials, and enforcement proceedings. Daniel practices in the Small Claims Court, where he advocates on behalf of both institutional and private clients.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University and later completed the Paralegal Certificate program at Humber College. He has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2019.
